Senior Software Engineer

Our founding team brings rare depth across both scale and startup execution:

• Our CEO previously led multiple large-scale analytics services (hundreds of millions in ARR), owning P&L, product, and GTM, and helped scale a major product from early stage through IPO. Her background spans enterprise software, go-to-market strategy, and AI/ML-driven data platforms.
• Our CTO is a multi-time founder with successful acquisitions and deep technical leadership experience building developer products and business software used by millions of customers.

Why This Role is Special

This is a true early-stage builder role. You'll be one of the first senior engineers — part of the first generation of engineering in a growing company. You will:

• Own meaningful product areas end-to-end (design → build → ship → iterate)
• Influence architecture, standards, and core technical decisions early
• Work closely with founders and product leadership
• Ship quickly, with real feedback loops, and build the right foundation as we scale

What You'll Do

• Build customer-facing product features end-to-end (backend + frontend as needed)
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and internal tooling that improve product capabilities
• Design APIs, data models, and services that scale with usage
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance
• Contribute to engineering standards (code quality, testing, CI/CD)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn vague problems into shipped product

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent)
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, services)
• Product mindset and strong ownership
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

Bonus Points (not required)

• Startup experience
• Experience with LLM / AI-enabled systems (retrieval, evals, agent/tool patterns)
• Strong frontend (React / Next.js)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP), monitoring/logging
